Job Description:
Bubblegum Club, a leading cultural intelligence agency, is seeking a Senior Art Director to join our team. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Art Director, who is agile and has a strong Graphic Design background. Applicants with related skills such as Creative Direction, 3D Design, Video Editing, Animation, or Copy Writing Skills will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and present creative concepts and ideas that meet the client’s objectives and are aligned with our brand and style
Create high-quality visual designs across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media, using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Produce and oversee the production of video content, including editing, post-production, and basic motion graphics using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Be hands-on in the creation and realization of all visual assets, including print, digital, social media, and video content.
Collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and animators, to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of assets.
Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills and achieve their goals.
Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in graphic design and creative direction, preferably in an advertising or creative agency environment. Some animation and video editing skills, with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
A strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation work across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media. Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop and present compelling creative concepts and ideas.
A deep understanding of visual design principles and trends, with the ability to create high-quality designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts to non-designers.
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art direction, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
