Bubblegum Club is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual, who can contribute both in an operational and a strategic capacity.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project and account management within marketing and/or creative industries. Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and project leadership to a team of project managers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects that meet the client objectives
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and moving forward towards successful delivery
Identify and mitigate project risks, and communicate project status and issues to stakeholders
Build strong relationships with clients, and act as the primary point of contact for project-related discussions
Provide mentorship and coaching to junior project managers and team members
Continuously assess project processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the marketing or creative industries
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project objectives
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, and/or similar tools
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills
A degree or diploma in project management or related field is preferred, but is not essential
